9.13.110   Corrective measures.
   It shall be a defense to any incident prohibited in this chapter that a deputy did not actually respond to an alarm as a result of notice to the Pima County sheriff's department from the owner, lessee, purchaser or operator of the alarm system that the alarm was false.
