It shall be unlawful and constitute a civil violation for any person to own, purchase, lease, contract for or otherwise obtain, or operate an alarm system which had five or more false alarms within any consecutive three-hundred-sixty-five-day period. Each false alarm generated in excess of five within any consecutive three-hundred-sixty-five-day period is a separate violation of this section.
