9.13.010   Purpose and intent.
   This section is intended to encourage the improvement in reliability of alarm systems and devices and ensure that sheriff's personnel will not be diverted from responding to actual criminal activity as a result of responding to false alarms. The regulation is malum prohibitum ; no knowledge or lack of due care is required to prove a violation.
