9.08.130   Right of appeal.
   If in the opinion of the applicant or permittee the act of denial, suspension or revocation of an emergency vehicle permit by the director was unjust, arbitrary or capricious, he may request in writing within sixty days of denial, suspension or revocation a public hearing before the Pima County board of supervisors.
