9.08.120   Denial, suspension or revocation of emergency vehicle permit.
   An emergency vehicle permit may be denied, suspended or revoked by the director for failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, any provision of the Arizona Revised Statutes, or regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter upon due notice being given.
