9.08.110   Responsibility of emergency vehicle permit holders.
   A.   The person, persons or corporation to which an emergency vehicle permit is issued shall be responsible for the actions of the driver of the permitted vehicle when operated under emergency conditions.
   B.   Should a provision of the Arizona Revised Statutes or the terms under which the emergency vehicle permit was issued be violated, the emergency vehicle permit will be subject to suspension or revocation by the director upon notice given.
