9.04.040   Fireworks prohibited.
   A.   Except as otherwise provided by this section, it is unlawful to sell, offer, or expose for sale; use; explode or possess any fireworks.
   B.   This chapter shall not be construed to prohibit or restrict the manufacture or possession, by a qualified pyrotechnic operator, of aerial set pieces designed for use in pyrotechnical displays, or the display of such set pieces in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
