A. "Fireworks" shall be defined as in A.R.S. Section 36-1601(1).
B. "Governing body" means the board of supervisors of Pima County as to the area within the county but without the corporate limits of an incorporated city or town.
C. "Person" includes individual, partnership, firm, corporation or association.
D. "Pyrotechnic operator" means a person, of good character, who has shown to the board of supervisors and/or the sheriff that they have the ability and knowledge through experience or training to safely and properly handle fireworks.
