8.60.070   Penalties.
   A.   Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
   B.   In addition to the penalties imposed in paragraph A of this section, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of the provisions of this chapter is deemed to be a public nuisance and may be abated or remedied by any appropriate action or proceedings.
