A. The holder of an operating permit pursuant to this chapter shall permit the health officer to enter the permitted adult amusement establishment at any time it is operating for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter.
B. The health officer shall conduct not less than four inspections of each adult amusement establishment per twelve month period. All inspections of adult amusement establishments shall be conducted without prior notice to the operator or permit holder.
C. A written report of each inspection of an adult amusement establishment shall be served on the operator and may be served on a permit holder. The report shall describe any violations of this chapter discovered by the health officer and direct the operator to correct any violations within a reasonable time not to exceed five business days.
