A. All work performed pursuant to a certificate of approval to construct issued pursuant to Section 8.56.040 shall conform to the approved plans and specifications. If an applicant desires to deviate from plans and specifications for which a certificate of approval has been issued and the proposed deviation will affect the construction or modification of private viewing booths or areas immediately adjacent to private viewing booths in any manner then an application shall be submitted and processed in the same manner as provided for original applications for certificates of approval to construct pursuant to Section 8.56.04.
B. The health officer shall be permitted to inspect an adult amusement establishment during all phases of construction to confirm that the work is being completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
C. The applicant shall notify the health officer in writing fifteen days prior to the expected date of completion of construction pursuant to a certificate to construct to allow final inspection by the health officer.
