In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Adult amusement establishment" means a peep show establishment or other sexually-oriented establishment.
2. "Operator" means the owner of an adult amusement establishment or any employee, agent or contractor of the owner who controls or is otherwise responsible for conducting the business of an adult amusement establishment, or any combination of such persons.
3. "Peep show device" means any device in which filmed or electronically recorded or produced sexually-oriented images are projected or produced and are intended to be viewed in private booths.
4. "Peep show establishment" means any place open to the public in which a peep show device may be used by a member of the public.
5. "Sexually-oriented establishment" means any place open to the public in which sexual entertainment may be viewed from private booths.
