8.54.040   Commercial establishments.
   Every bona fide commercial establishment selling vapor releasing substances containing a toxic substance shall conspicuously display an English/Spanish bilingual sign of not less than eleven inches by fourteen inches in size which states: "Warning—Deliberate Inhalation of Spray Paint Vapors Can Be Dangerous." Such printed warning shall be easily legible.
