8.32.290   Compliance required.
   A.   All bathing places constructed or substantially modified after the effective date of Ordinance 1990-81* shall comply with all operational requirements codified in this chapter by it and prior ordinances.
* Editor's note—Ord. 1990-81 was adopted July 3, 1990, to be effective 31 days thereafter.
   B.   All bathing places regardless of the date of their construction shall comply with all operational requirements codified in this chapter by Ordinance 1990-81 or prior ordinances.
