The department will periodically inspect each bathing place to determine if the installed facilities and operational procedures comply with these regulations. If the department finds that an extreme safety or health hazard exists, it may order the immediate suspension of the operation of the establishment Such suspension shall continue until, in the opinion of the department, the hazard has ceased to exist.
