8.24.030   Requirements generally.
   A.   Every place where persons are employed shall have an approved method of human excreta disposal installed in accordance with the Uniform Building Code, as adopted in Section 8.04.150D of this code.
   B.   In every place where toilet facilities are installed for the use of employees or the general public, such facilities shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of A.R.S. Section 34-406F, as amended, and the Uniform Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 8.04.150D of this code.
   C.   It shall be the duty of the management of the establishment to maintain all employee and/or public restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
   D.   It shall be the duty of the establishment to maintain all employee and public restrooms in good repair at all times.
