8.14.020   Definitions.
   The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter:
   A.   "Board of health" means the board of health of Pima County, Arizona.
   B.   "Department" means the county health department.
   C.   "Health officer" means the director of the county health department.
   D.   "HIV" means human immunodeficiency virus.
   E.   "Person" means any individual who applies to the health department for services.
   F.   "STD" means sexually transmitted disease.
