A. The health department will charge the following fees:
1. Chest x-ray: Sixty-three dollars.
2. Tuberculosis skin test (PPD): Fifteen dollars.
3. Simple TB screening and issuance of a clearance letter/card: Forty dollars.
B. No person will be denied any services related to tuberculosis from the health department due to the inability to pay the fee.
