11.40.060 Penalties.
   A contractor who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter after receiving notice and an opportunity to comply is subject to sanctions permitted by law including, but not limited to, cancellation, termination, or suspension of the county contract. (Ord. 2024-10 § 1 (part), 2024)
