7.29.060   Approval to construct.
   A.   Approval must be obtained from the department for any method or methods used for the disposal of refuse prior to the start of operations.
   B.   All applications required by subsection A of this section, and all corresponding department action and review, shall be pursuant to A.A.C. R18-8-511 and R18-8-512, which are incorporated herein by reference.
