7.29.020   Definitions.
   In this chapter the following definitions shall apply:
      1.   "Approved site" means a site permitted and approved by the State Department of Environmental Quality or the department as a site for the disposal of solid waste.
      2.   "Permitted contractor" means a person who has a valid permit from the State Department of Environmental Quality or the department to collect and transport solid waste.
      3.   "Solid waste" for the purposes of this chapter shall have the same meaning as defined in A.R.S. Section 49-701.01.
