2.16.050   Violation—Penalty.
   Any public officer or candidate for public office who knowingly fails to file a financial disclosure statement as required in this chapter, or who knowingly files an incomplete or false financial disclosure statement is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, as provided in the Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 38-544.
