7.25.030 Exemptions from licensing.

   No waste collector license shall be required for:

   A.   The hauling or disposal of vegetative cuttings or other solid waste not containing garbage or manure to a legal place of disposal as a part of gardening or horticulture;

   B.   A waste collector who collects only the materials listed in Section 7.25.040B2;

   C.   A waste collector who collects only recyclable materials.
