11.14.010   Architectural and Engineering Services contracts.
   A.   Conditions for Use. Procurement for architectural or engineering services will be conducted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34, unless precluded by Federal participation.
   B.   Contracts. Contracts for architectural and engineering services will be awarded using the procedures set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34 and county policy D29.1. Where available and appropriate, industry standard contract forms may be used at the county's discretion.
