7.21.210   Revocation of permit and license.
   A.   The environmental officer may, after providing opportunity for a hearing, revoke a permit or license for serious or repeated violations of any requirements of this chapter or for interference with the environmental officer in the performance of his duty.
   B.   Prior to revocation, the environmental officer shall notify the holder of the permit or license pursuant to A.A.C. R18-8-616.
