7.21.160   Vehicle license.
   A.   No vehicle shall be operated without a current and valid license issued by the environmental officer.
   B.   Every vehicle shall be inspected and approved annually by the environmental officer prior to the issuance or renewal of the license.
   C.   Each license shall be affixed to the vehicle in a place designated by the environmental officer and shall be legible at all times.
   D.   Licenses are not transferable from vehicle to vehicle.
   E.   Fees for licenses issued pursuant to this section shall be assessed pursuant to Section 7.03.130.
