7.21.140 Duties of the director of wastewater management.

   Duties of the director of wastewater management shall be as follows:

      1.   Select and designate manholes for the disposal of sewage;

      2.   Paint covers of approved manholes a distinct color for ready identification;

      3.   Notify the environmental officer in writing of any change in the location of approved manholes.
