A. Purpose:
1. This chapter describes the responsibilities, powers and duties exercised by the principal officers and agencies involved in the planning, zoning and subdivision of land within Pima County;
2. The specific procedures by which these responsibilities, powers and duties are exercised are found within the applicable chapters of this code and in adopted written policies.
