For assistance in carrying out official duties, the county administrator may call upon officers and employees in departments under the county administrator's supervision, so long as that assistance falls within the legally authorized scope of their activities. The county administrator may create and appoint committees to provide information and advice on matters that pertain to the functions assigned to the county administrator.
