7.17.030   Environmental mitigation fund plan.
   The department shall annually prepare an environmental mitigation fund plan as a basis for expenditures from the environmental hazard mitigation fund. The plan shall be approved annually by the board of supervisors, and provisions may be made for mid-year updates. The plan may be reviewed and amended by the board at any time.
