7.17.010   Environmental hazard mitigation fund.
   There is hereby established the environmental hazard mitigation fund, a special revenue fund, to be administered by the director. The fund shall consist of a solid waste environmental hazard mitigation account. In addition to any other moneys transferred by the board of supervisors to the environmental hazard mitigation fund, all of the following moneys shall be deposited in the solid waste environmental hazard mitigation account:
   A.   Moneys collected pursuant to Section 13.40.040 (B) of the Pima County Code;
   B.   Moneys collected as tipping fees pursuant to Section 13.40.040A of the Pima County Code;
   C.   Any interest earned upon the money deposited in the account;
   D.   Any moneys received from the federal government pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended, 42 U.S.C. Section 6901, et seq., to the extent allowed by state and federal laws.
