7.09.100   Revenues from other sources.
   The department shall negotiate with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for funding of the programs conducted pursuant to this chapter. Fees for the state delegated and funded sections of this chapter shall be reduced in proportion to the level of state funding support received by the department.
