The director may issue the following types of registration:
A. Regular. A regular registration shall be issued for facilities which fully comply with this chapter. A regular registration shall be valid for a period of up to three years from the date of issuance.
B. Provisional. A provisional registration shall be issued to operators of existing facilities which require modifications in order to comply with requirements of this chapter. The provisional registration shall set forth a compliance schedule which shall be met in order for the registration to continue in effect. A provisional registration shall be valid for a period of up to three years from the date of issuance.
