A. Unless otherwise specified in this title, any person who violates any provision of this title shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically provided for in this title. Each day of a continuing violation constitutes a separate offense.
B. The environmental officer may also seek injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of this title.
C. The director may proceed, when applicable, under A.R.S. Section 49-143 or 49-144 to abate the environmental nuisances.
