7.03.145   Effect of other laws.
   A.   Compliance with Pima County zoning requirements shall be demonstrated before the department may issue or renew any permit required by this title.
   B.   The granting or issuance of any certificate, permit, registration or other approval pursuant to this title in no way abrogates the necessity of complying with all other laws affecting or regulating conduct that is subject to approval.
