18.43.070 Development standards—Accessory buildings and accessory structures.

   A.   Permitted coverage:

      1.   Residential: Five percent of the lot area.

      2.   Non-residential: Forty percent of the required rear yard and any additional space within the buildable area.

   B.   Maximum building height:

      1.   Within the required rear yard: Twenty-four feet;

      2.   Within the buildable area: Two stories or thirty-four feet.

   C.   Minimum distance standards:

      1.   To front lot line: Twenty feet;

      2.   To side lot lines: None;

      3.   To rear lot line: Four feet.
