   As utilized in this chapter, the following shall have the indicated meanings:
   A.   PAG—Pima Association of Governments;
   B.   TMA—Transportation Management Association;
   C.   TRO—Travel Reduction Ordinance;
   D.   TRP—Travel reduction program;
   E.   VMT—Vehicle miles traveled.
