17.32.010   State jurisdiction.
   Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 49-465, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and the Governor of Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any air pollution conditions which constitute an emergency risk to the public health. Orders of the Governor during any emergency episode condition in Pima County shall be enforced by the control officer.
