17.20.050   Compliance inspections.
   A.   The control officer shall make such inspections as are necessary to assure compliance with or enforcement of this title, any provision of the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 49, Chapter 3, Article 3, or the provisions of any permit issued pursuant to this title or statutes.
   B.   The control officer shall make such inspections as are necessary for issuance or reissuance of any permit authorized or allowed by this title or the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 49, Chapter 3, Article 3.
   C.   The Control Officer may obtain a special inspection warrant pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 49-488.
