17.16.510   Standards of performance for incinerators.
   A.   Incinerators with a charging rate of more than forty-five metric tons or 49.6 tons per day shall conform to the requirements of 40 CFR 60.50 through 60.54.
   B.   Incinerators with a charging rate of forty-five metric tons or 49.6 tons per day or less, that commence construction or modification after May 14, 1979, shall conform to the requirements of 40 CFR 60.52 through 60.54 and of Section 17.16.170.
