17.13.050   Annual summary of amendments for Class II or Class III permits.
   The control officer may amend any Class II or Class III permit annually without following Section 17.13.150 in order to incorporate changes reflected in logs or notices filed under Section 17.13.110. The amendment shall be effective to the anniversary date of the permit. The control officer shall make available to the public for any source:
   A.   A complete record of logs and notices sent to the Department under Section 17.13.110; and
   B.   Any amendments or revisions to the source's permit.
