17.11.170   Quality assurance.
   Facilities subject to permit requirements of this chapter shall submit a quality assurance plan to the control officer that meets the requirements of Section 17.11.160(D)(3) within twelve months of the effective date of this section. Facilities subject to the requirements of Section 17.11.200 shall submit a quality assurance plan as specified in the permit.
