Any person who has been granted an individual or general permit by PDEQ or a general permit by ADEQ shall maintain a complete copy of the permit onsite. If it is not feasible to maintain a copy of the permit onsite, the permittee may request, in writing, to maintain a copy of the permit at an alternate location. Upon written approval by the control officer, the permittee must maintain a complete copy of the permit at the approved alternative location.
