17.08.140   General county areas.
   Portions of the county not otherwise designated as Class I (attainment), Class III (attainment), unclassifiable, or nonattainment areas for specific pollutants shall be Class II (attainment) areas for TSP, PM10, SO 2 , CO, O 3 , and NO 2 .
