This code shall become effective immediately upon its adoption, continuing the predecessor Pima County air pollution control district rules and regulations of 1971, as amended, and Pima County air pollution control district ordinance 1972-38, as amended, in full force and effect without interruption. The foregoing is published in this document known as the Pima County air quality code, revised.
