17.04.230   Meetings—Hearings.
   A.   The hearing board shall hold meetings or hearings as required by law or as requested by the board of supervisors or the control officer.
   B.   All hearings conducted by the hearing board shall be open to the public, including provisions for allowing members of the public to speak on the subject matter under consideration.
