17.04.210   Functions.
   The hearing board shall perform such duties as prescribed by law, specifically as described in the following sections of the Arizona Revised Statutes:
      1.   A.R.S. 49-482: Permit Denial Appeals;
      2.   A.R.S. 49-490: Hearings on Orders of Abatement;
      3.   A.R.S. 49-496: Hearing Board Decisions and Procedures.
