17.04.090   Executive head.
   The director of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality shall be the air pollution control officer and executive head of the Pima County Air Quality Control District. He shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as are prescribed by law, and shall be known hereafter as the air quality control officer.
