A. Land may not be parceled or subdivided in such a manner as to create lots unsuitable for development because of flood or erosion hazards.
B. All subdivision plats, development plans and associated building plans and improvement plans are subject to the design requirements for regulatory floodplains as specified under A.R.S. Section 48-3609 and this chapter.
