§ 154.10 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.

This chapter is not intended to appeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements ordinance or deed restrictions. However, where this chapter and another conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
